Tango Leaf Lettuce is a longtime MIgardener favorite known for light green, heavily crinkled leaves that give it a texture unlike any other lettuce. Exceptionally cold hardy, it can overwinter without protection and grows well in full or partial sun and in containers.

How to grow
Sow seeds shallowly, about 1/4 inch deep, in full or partial sun and keep soil moist. It is less heat tolerant than some lettuces, so favor spring, fall, and winter plantings. Harvest outer leaves as needed for a continuous supply.
