How to grow

Sow 1/2 to 1 inch deep in full sun in spring or early summer, spacing plants 10 to 12 inches apart. For good pollination, plant in a square plot with rows 30 to 36 inches apart rather than a few long rows, which causes poor kernel set. Keep the bed weed-free with adequate moisture.
