Mizuna is a light, feathery Japanese mustard green with a mild, sweet flavor that is more delicate than other mustards. It is ideal for container gardening and salads, and works as a cut-and-come-again crop: cut the whole plant an inch above the ground to regrow, or pick leaves individually.
