Midnight Zoomies is a dark-roast blend from Mad Catter Coffee Roasters, combining washed Colombian coffee from El Naranjo with wet-hulled Sumatran coffee from Mandheling. It is the roaster's first blended offering, where the Colombia brings acidity and sweetness and the Sumatra fills out the body.
