Electric Wire Embedder

The Electric Wire Embedder heats and sinks metal crosswires into 100% beeswax foundation in seconds during frame assembly. Dual metal tips apply a controlled electrical charge to each end of the wire, warming it just enough to embed cleanly and evenly into the wax.

Best for

• Installing 100% beeswax foundation in wooden frames
• Building stronger, longer-lasting wired frames
• Beekeepers assembling frames in batches
• Anyone who cross-wires their foundation

How to use

Run your crosswires across the wired wooden frame and rest the beeswax foundation over them. Plug the embedder into a standard 120-volt outlet, then touch the two metal points to opposite ends of the wire. Once both ends make contact, the wire heats and sinks into the wax in a few seconds, holding the foundation firmly in place.
