Bull's Blood is a striking heirloom beet prized for its deep red-purple leaves and sweet, blood-red roots. The colorful tops are excellent as microgreens or as a bold garden ornamental, while the roots show lighter red rings when sliced and carry more iron and nutrients than most other beets. Excellent cold and heat tolerance lets it thrive in tough conditions.
